At this week’s HR Cafe event, TurningPoint’s Founder & CEO, Ken Schmitt, turned hiring on its head sharing innovative ways to recruit top talent!

Bringing together both Hiring Managers and Human Resources professionals, Ken discussed the current general state of the labor market and then guided his audience through a real-world interactive discussion on how to tackle the tight labor market as a company.

Ken shared about the different aspects of hiring and retention as it relates to the different functional departments within a company. Meanwhile, during this highly interactive presentation attendees had the unique opportunity to take part in a “mock executive leadership meeting” filled with role play and simulation.
